Study and work in USA
Most schools in the US allow international undergraduate and postgraduate students to work part–time on campus for up to 20 hours a week. On average, a part-time student would earn anywhere from $800-$1500 a month (e.g. 20 hours/week
$10/hour x 4 week = $800). In addition, a growing number of schools have also started to offer Curricular Practical Training
(CPT), which allows international students to work in paid off-campus internships.
Work after Graduation!
After graduating, you can apply for an Optional Practical Training (OPT), which allows you to work in the US for 1 year after your final examination in a field related to your degree. This OPT can be extended by your employer if they approve you to continue working in the US.
